Ultrasonic Deblinding Systems

The patented Vibrasonic^® Deblinding System from Russell Finex has eliminated the blinding and blocking of mesh apertures caused when particles which are of similar size to the mesh become blocked causing product to build-up on the mesh screen thus reducing screening efficiency. By applying an ultrasonic frequency to the mesh surface tension is broken down, making the stainless steel wires friction-free therefore preventing mesh blinding. Installing the Ultrasonic Sieve Deblinding system within a screener allows accurate separation down to 20µm and can also increase screening capacities and reduce mesh breakage.
